Delivery
The flat fee for each gift delivered anywhere in Australia is $15.00.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
All orders placed by 9.30am AEST will be shipped that day. All other orders will be dispatched that day for delivery to their destination (with the Exception of Christmas, please see below).
Orders that are placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day.
Christmas Deliveries
Christmas is a very busy time. Please allow 3-4 days for shipping of orders placed during this time.
If your gift hamper does not arrive at its destination as indicated in the order within a reasonable time frame, contact us so that we can explore the matter further.
We take every care to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we are not responsible for the gift delivery and cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
