Refund Policy

Refunds are not normally provided unless the goods should be damaged upon arrival or a product is faulty. In this event we will assess the situation for replacement based on a case-by-case situation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours

Availability

All Stock is generally available. Often Organic produce is seasonal and as it is produced naturally, there may be times when a product could be temporarily out of stock. In these circumstances we will replace the item with a product of equal value, quality and deliciousness.

Online Security

To ensure the security of your payment information, all credit card details are collected via a secure connection, processed in real-time by our gateway provider. Credit card details are used solely for processing your payment and are never seen or stored by Give Organic.
Security and customer trust is very important to us, so please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about the safety of your information.

Terms of Purchase

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
If we have difficulty in completing your order, we will contact you at the email address you provided to keep you up to date.
Individual gift prices DO NOT include delivery charges - these are included at Checkout.
All Hampers listed on Give Organic’s website are available at that particular point in time. If however due to consumer demands a product becomes unavailable and cannot be shipped within 24 hours you will be informed immediately and alternatives discussed. If an arrangement cannot be made to your satisfaction, your payment will be immediately refunded.
